*Checklist:

  1. XII Class original mark sheet and self attested Photocopy
  2. XII Class original / provisional certificate and self attested Photocopy
  3. X class certificate and self attested Photocopy for D.O.B
  4. Original caste/tribe certificate in the name of candidate and two self attested Photocopies
  5. Two photographs

*Do's and Don't:

  1. 1. Don't loose your acknowledgement slip.
  2. It is necessary to take admission during the stipulated period mentioned in your provisional admission slip otherwise you may not get admission
  3. Don't consult outsiders for filling admission form and completing formalities. Consult only Counselors appointed by University at the designated centers.
  4. Fill all choices of college course in ICR Form. Don't leave any entry as this may limit your choice.
  5. Ensure that the serial number on registration form and ICR form are same.

Advice from D.S.W BOOKLET

The pre-admission form printed on a special paper ,uses computer scanners and ICR/OMR software for converting handwritten information provided by the Applicant in to computer data for further processing .The software rejects mutilated and damaged forms. Clearer the handwriting , more accurate is the data generated by the computer.

Important Admission instructions from Delhi University

  • In order to avoid rejection ,the candidate must ensure that-
    1. The form is not folded ,crumpled or mutilated in any manner.
    2. No extra marks are made anywhere except wherever required .
    3. The Black  marks on the margin are important.They should not be tampered with marker under any circumstances.
  • Use blue or black pen only.
  • Use the Specimen Form for practice  before filling up the actual Pre-Admission form.
  • This Pre-admission Form has two sides. After filling both sides,take photocopy of form on single page i.e,both sides,submit to any of the 17/18 centres and get  it duly stamped on photocopy as acknowledgement.
  • Select the colleges you would like to study in and the course you would like to persue by darkening appropriate bubble keeping in mind the cut-off percentages of the last academic year.Please remember that the cut-off s give only the trends.
  • Information or data  furnished on this Pre-admission  Form is the sole responsibility of the applicant.Incomplete forms will be rejected.
  • All courses available in Colleges for which registration is done through Pre-admission Form are  included in the form.However,courses for which entrance tests  are held, or done by the College,or students seeking admissions  on sports or Extra Curricular Activities basis,candidates may contact the colleges concerned.
  • This is  only a pre-admission fprm,Submission does not guarantee admission .Admission will be granted by the colleges to fulfillment of prescribed eligibility  criteria and is at the discretion pf the Colleges.
