Fashion has become passion in specially India.Though there is no quota for fashion few colleges select students on the basis of their body feature and talent. many colleges, like Lady Shriram, Miranda, Kamla Nehru, Gargi and others arrange yearly Fashion shows in their colleges. So that the students(Girls) can mark their colleges to a certain post.Fashion Technoogy a;so open up doors for them who participate in college fashion day. Judo and karate also has become trend of todays ECA applications. 
Girls take up judo-karate and other marshal art as ECA.University allows them too.
Specially in Deshbandhu Evening College is always famous for gymnastics i.e weightlifting. The boys fetched gold from National , Inter College or regional sectors in this category. But, problem always with the admission committee.Because,the selected students mostly with poor marks choose Commerce course.
However, though at the time of admission, students belong to these ECA-quota are generally being looked down upon. But, at the time of annual festivals of the college these low percentage-students catch the whole show. when they bring laurels from other colleges by showing their talents ,the concerned Society head feels proud of them.
The English daily of Delhi,The Hindustan Times writes sports quota- students 'Commerce-ialised' their talents. 
Corporate Business Houses and Indian Bank and foreign Banks open up a new vision of luminous future career to the present days' students. So, its very natural a flooding rush would go to Commerce studies. Campus selection by the corporate houses luring the students with hefty pay packets. But,still the picture is not clear what would be the scenario after trials.Infact ,Commerce has become 'dream subject' in to days panorama.
